Brexit – the bonuscap under the microscope
Despite popular belief, the Dutch bonus cap is not as rigid as it seems, in part due to the Dutch Central Bank widening the scope of an exemption. Proponents of scrapping the bonus cap point at the Dutch economy missing out on opportunities that Brexit brings to attract new business.
In this seminar we will outline the legal framework of the bonus cap and discuss ways for financial institutions seeking to prevent having to apply the bonus cap to staff or minimise its impact.
