Entrepreneurial Finance: enable growth and succes by Fred Huibers

Fred Huibers is teacher at Nyenrode New Business School and Tias Nimbas. Fred is an investor, founder of HEK Value Funds and frequently invited by BNR Nieuwsradio as a financial expert.

Wednesday the 20th of February 2013, the webinar ‘Entrepreneurial Finance: enable growth and success’ took place, which is organized by Crowdale. The webinar was presented by Fred Huibers. Mr. Huibers teaches at Nyenrode New Business School and Tias Nimbas. He is an investor as well, and founder of HEK Value Funds. He is a frequent guest at BNR Nieuwsradio because of his financial expertise.  

During his lecture, Mr. Huibers speaks about the role of equity. He also explains how to apply the latest corporate finance insights in the companies strategy and in what way corporate restructuring can take place. Finally, Mr. Huibers explains how companies can determine the optimal capital structure in a dynamic way.    
In the meanwhile, viewers of the webinar are able to participate. They can ask questions on the spot, which are answered by expert moderators. A number of questions will be answered publically by Mr. Huibers. On top of that, viewers can participate in polls.
